아티젠 그랜드 라파 마카오에서의 숙박은 정말 만족스러웠어요. 체크인부터 직원분들이 매우 친절하게 맞아주셔서 첫인상이 너무 좋았습니다. 요청드렸던 제습기와 기타 사항들도 모두 미리 준비해주셔서 편안하게 머무를 수 있었고, 아이 생일 여행이라고 말씀드렸더니 진심으로 축하해주시고 따뜻하게 신경 써주셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 그랜드덱을 이용하려고 안다즈도 예약해놨는데 3월이라 그랜드덱이 운영되지 않아 아쉬울까 걱정했는데,아티젠 야외 수영장만으로도 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 주변에는 슈퍼마켓, 식당가, 과학관, 놀이터 등이 가까워 아이와 함께 여행하기에도 매우 편리했습니다. 또한 세나도 광장까지 택시로 약 5,000원 정도면 이동할 수 있어 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다. We had a wonderful stay at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. All of our requests, including a dehumidifier, were thoughtfully prepared in advance, allowing us to stay comfortably. As it was our child’s birthday trip, the staff warmly celebrated with us, making our stay even more special and memorable. We visited in March when the Grand Deck was not open, but the outdoor pool alone was more than enough to enjoy, so we did not feel disappointed at all. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with supermarkets, restaurants, a science center, and playgrounds nearby, making it convenient when traveling with a child. In addition, it only costs around 5,000 KRW by taxi to reach Senado Square, which makes the location even more appealing. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.
